Little ways to add aromatherapy into your daily routine

It is sometimes said “I don't have time to add anything more to my daily routine” I understand life can be busy, so here are a few options that only take a few minutes -

Inhalation -

The quickest way for essential oils to get into the blood stream is through inhalation, as we inhale through the nose, the airborne molecules of the oil interact with the olfactory system and can affect the brain almost immediately, you can add a few drops of an essential oil to a tissue and inhale a few deep breaths throughout the day for quick relief.

Aromatherapy bath / shower -

Add a few drops of your Amber Moon bespoke bath / shower oil to your torso, chest and the palms of your hands - inhale deeply 2 or 3 times before entering the water.

If time allows, bathe in an Amber Moon salt bath rejuvenate the skin, revive the body and restore the soul, available in the online shop or as a bespoke blend.

Self Massage -

In the upper abdomen, between the belly button and the lower ribs, is the Solar Plexus chakra. To stimulate this center, massage the stomach in a circular, clockwise direction for a few minutes, In addition to increasing the fire element, it also helps eliminate waste and negative thoughts from the body.

The solar plexus point on the foot represents our core energy and emotional grounding. It is right below the ball of your foot, press in here and move in a circular motion for a minute or two.

Both of these self massage practises can be done daily, when done with a bespoke Amber Moon blend this would add beneficial therapeautic qualities to the self massage.
