What are the online shop’s shipping options ?

We offer eco shipping, which means your product will be packaged as eco friendly as possible ( due to us using glass some products have to be packaged securely and with more packaging than we would like to use ) or there is an option to be supplied in an Amber Moon cotton reusable bag, perfect when you are buying a gift.

Note - All bath salt jars are extremely tight fitting in the bags - we would advise you to check the gallery before purchasing the premium shipping option for these products.

How long until my bespoke blend is ready?

I will aim to have all products blended within 1 week from consultation.

Can I buy a bespoke gift for someone?

For all bespoke blends a full consultation must be done before blending, why not buy a voucher instead or purchase a wellbeing gift from our range In the shop.

Cancellation Policy?

If you are unable to make your treatment and need to change it, please give as much time as possible, any cancellations within 24hours of the appointment are non-refundable. If you are running late for your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible as your treatment time may have to be reduced with no change in price.
