How do I make a booking?

Should I bathe, wash my hair, shave my legs before my appointment?

None of the above are required before your appointment, for instance I won’t be focusing on any hairs on the body I will be focusing on the muscles underneath the skin.

Do the appointment times include consultation?

No the appointment times listed are the duration of the body / facial work, the consultation and aftercare are extra minutes outside these timings (allow 15 minutes for consultation)

Should I remove make up before I arrive?

This would be useful as if I have to remove make up it may eat into your treatment time.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept bacs payments ( before treatment only), cash or card payments (can be done by chip & pin or contactless on site. (a 50% holding deposit is required upon booking and is non refundable if 24hr notice of moving the appointment has not been given)

What times do you offer treatments?

I can be mildly flexible with treatment times, I offer week night and weekend appointments.

I want a particular treatment but I do not like a particular area being touched?

This is no problem, I will ask during consultation but please raise this and it will be omitted from the routine.

Do you do the same routine on every client, every time?

The treatment I provide has the same routine ( dependant on treatment chosen) however the treatment will be adapted to what I find each and every time, (please note your appointment will never run under, but may slightly run over - please make me aware before starting if you are on a tight deadline )

Do you massage male clients?

As a general rule I treat female clients only, if this changes in the near future , this page will be updated.
